Meatballs In Bulk Recipe
Here is my meatballs for the freezer! These are great for appitizers, spag. sauce, meatball sandwiches, It. wedding soup, etc....

Ingredients
  • 4 lbs ground sirloin
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups Itlian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parm cheese
  • 4 tsp. dry onions
  • 1 tsp season salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 2 cups milk

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Form into golf sized balls(or tiny for the kids and soups, you'll just have to adjust the cooking time)
  3. Bake on a rack on a baking sheet at 350* for 25-30 minutes or untill cooked through no pink!
  4. Cool on a paper grocery bag.
  5. When cooled completely, freeze.
