Flaming Rum Soufle

- 4 eggs, separated shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup rum shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs yolks and sugar well until creamy
- Add Vanilla
- Whip egg whites with salt
- Fold beaten egg whites lightly into yolk mixture
- Pour into baking dish or individual ramekins.
- Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes or until firm.
- Pour rum over soufflé at table, (careful!)
- Light casserole or individual ramekins, let flame burn out.
- Serve with a smile!
