How to make it

  • Beat eggs yolks and sugar well until creamy
  • Add Vanilla
  • Whip egg whites with salt
  • Fold beaten egg whites lightly into yolk mixture
  • Pour into baking dish or individual ramekins.
  • Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes or until firm.
  • Pour rum over soufflĂ© at table, (careful!)
  • Light casserole or individual ramekins, let flame burn out.
  • Serve with a smile!
