Thank you for the kind words. This is a lovely and very elegant sauce. It also works well with baby calamari, whole. Spice it up with some crushed Italian red pepper and it makes a wonderful Calamari Diablo. Goes great with a nice red wine, I prefer a spicey Rioja with this, or Rhones, Zins, Cabs, or a nice Chianti.
