How to make it

  • Preheat oven 450
  • In large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar & salt
  • Add butter & cut into flour mixture using a pastry blender
  • Separate bowl, combine eggs, half & half
  • Add to flour mixture & stir just til combined
  • Place dough on a floured surface & pat out dough to 3/4" thickness
  • Cut dough into triangle shapes with knife
  • Bake scones in preheated oven for about 15-20 or til golden brown
  • Serve warm with butter & fave jam
