BEER FLOAT
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Wagner Estate in Wichita Falls, Texas in 1990

Ingredients
- 12 ounce can beer
- 6 ounces chocolate ice cream
Directions
- Place chocolate ice cream in a large glass.
- Add beer taking care not to foam over.
- Serve with a straw.
