This cool take on the Australian favourite, pavlova, as taught to me by my good friend Looby. Original, brillliant and delicious!

Ingredients
  • 1 small meringue base per person
  • 2 packs muscarpone
  • 1 pack creme fraiche
  • fresh fruit- blueberries, strawberries and passionfruit (whatever really)
  • Optional- dark chocolate

Directions
  1. Throw everything in a bowl and smash it!
