- 1 (18&1/2oz)package lemon cake mix shopping list
- 2 Cups frozen whipped topping,thawed shopping list
- 1 egg,beaten shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- Powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine dry cake mix,whipped topping,egg and lemon juice.
- Stir together until well mixed
- With hands dusted with powdered sugar(this is what my grandsons use to really like,papers on the floor is a good idea)
- Shape dough into small balls and roll in powderes sugar
- Bake at 350 degree oven on a greased cookie sheet
- 10 minutes
- These will puff up and when they begain to settle down they are done
- They should be slightly soft when you take them from the oven
- Note: Do not overbake
- A person can use other cake mixes,but I liked the lemon.
