Ingredients
  • 1 (18&1/2oz)package lemon cake mix
  • 2 Cups frozen whipped topping,thawed
  • 1 Egg,beaten
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Powdered sugar

Directions
  1. Combine dry cake mix,whipped topping,egg and lemon juice.
  2. Stir together until well mixed
  3. With hands dusted with powdered sugar(this is what my grandsons use to really like,papers on the floor is a good idea)
  4. Shape dough into small balls and roll in powderes sugar
  5. Bake at 350 degree oven on a greased cookie sheet
  6. 10 minutes
  7. These will puff up and when they begain to settle down they are done
  8. They should be slightly soft when you take them from the oven
  9. Note: Do not overbake
  10. A person can use other cake mixes,but I liked the lemon.
