I like the taste of this recipe. It was a big hit with me!

Ingredients
  • 1 (6 1/2 ) oz can tuna, drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup crushed corn flakes cereal
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tblesp. margarine
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Drain tuna well.
  2. Mix with egg, cereal,lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Gently shape mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Pan fry in margarine until done or until brown.
  5. Top with cheese slices and serve on toasted bun.
  6. OPTIONAL....
  7. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.
  8. You can also substitute tuna with salmon.
