Pineapple Coconut Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1/2 c oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 1/2 c flour
• 2 t soda
• pinch salt
• 1 20oz can crushed pineapple with juice
• 1 t coconut extract
• 1 c chopped pecans
• Frosting:
• 1 3oz pkg cream cheese
• 1/4 c butter, softened
• 1 t coconut extract
• 1 1/2 c powdered sugar or till right consistency
• milk to consistency if needed
• plain or toasted coconut for decoration
