Grampas Secret Formula Pork Marinade
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tblesp. wine, optional
- 2 cloves garlic, diced fine
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 Tblesp. vinegar
- 1 Tblesp. sugar
- 1 can campbell's beef broth
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour over meat.
- Using a fork, pierce holes into meat to allow marinade to tenderize.
- Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
