This is a delicious side or by adding certain meats can be a main dish. I add turkey and it is wonderful.

Ingredients
  • HEAD OF CAULIFLOWER
  • ONE CAN OF CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
  • ½ TSP. CURRY
  • ½ LEMON SQUEEZED
  • ¾ CUP MAYONNAISE
  • SHREDDED MEXICAN CHEESE MIX (2 CUPS)

Directions
  1. CUT UP AND STEAM CAULIFLOWER
  2. MIX THE MAYO, CR. OF CHICKEN SOUP, LEMON, CURRY
  3. ASSEMBLE EVERYTHING PUT IN A CASSEROLE DISH
  4. SPRINKLE THE 2 CUPS OF CHEESE OVER.
  5. CAN ADD: BROCCOLI, CHICKEN, TURKEY, HAM ETC.
  6. BAKE AT 350ْ
  7. UNTIL BUBBLY
