Put all ingredients in the food processor and process for about 60 seconds or until it's at the desired consistency.
If you want to mix it up a bit, substitute 1 of the 4 tablespoons of olive oil with toasted sesame oil.
Tahini is like peanut butter but made with seasame seeds. I have found it in grocery stores in the same isle as peanut butter but not in the same area. I also found it at our co-op.
