Watermelon Cooler Recipe

How to make it

  • In a food processor, blend watermelon, sorbet, and lemon zest until
  • very smooth.
  • Stir in 1 1/2 cups cold water; cover and refrigerate until very cold.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with watermelon wedges and mint

    Laughing over your "hate watermelon". I have
    two refrigerators, so I will put this is the
    x-tra cold one to chill. I didnt like watermelons
    for the longest time, but I do now, so I am looking forward to making this.
