- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can water
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make it
- Do NOT stir. Put rice in bottom of 2 qt. casserole dish. Slice 1 stick of margarine over rice.
- Pour soup over margarine. Slowly pour water over soup. Put salt and pepper on top. Do NOT stir.
- Bake in 350° F oven for 1 hour.
