- Basumati rice-2 Cup(soaked for 10 min& drained) shopping list
- Carrot- 1 cup (cooked) shopping list
- frozen peas-1/2 Cup shopping list
- coconut milk-4 Cups shopping list
- tomatoes-2 (chopped) shopping list
- Onions- 2 (sliced thinly) shopping list
- ginger-1 inch,garlic-4 cloves(made into paste) shopping list
- cinnamon,cloves,Cardamon-2-3 shopping list
- Casewnuts-5-8 shopping list
- Green Chilli-2 shopping list
- Brown Paste( Grind green chillies-2,ginger garlic,dry chilly-1) shopping list
- Ghee- 1tsp(optional) shopping list
- salt to Taste shopping list
How to make it
- Add 4 Cup of Coconut Milk to 2 Cup of the Drained Rice
- Add some Salt,Oil-1/2 tsp.Cook in Pressure Cooker -2-3 Whistle
- To Make The Tomato Mixture:
- In a Pan Add Oil,Ghee.Then add the Cinnamon,cloves,cardamon
- Add the Casewnuts &fry it
- Add the Chopped Onions ,Cook till they become soft
- Then,Add the Tomatoes
- Add the Brown Paste cook it well
- Add the carrots,frozen peas &Fry until the Gravy is Dry
- Add the Cooked Rice and mix it well
- Garnish it
