How to make it

  • Add 4 Cup of Coconut Milk to 2 Cup of the Drained Rice
  • Add some Salt,Oil-1/2 tsp.Cook in Pressure Cooker -2-3 Whistle
  • To Make The Tomato Mixture:
  • In a Pan Add Oil,Ghee.Then add the Cinnamon,cloves,cardamon
  • Add the Casewnuts &fry it
  • Add the Chopped Onions ,Cook till they become soft
  • Then,Add the Tomatoes
  • Add the Brown Paste cook it well
  • Add the carrots,frozen peas &Fry until the Gravy is Dry
  • Add the Cooked Rice and mix it well
  • Garnish it
