Fruit Soymilk Yogurt Smoothie
- 8oz of frozen fruit
- (I usually use strawberries or raspberries)
- 1/2 cup of low-fat or non-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp of honey
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of soy milk
How to make it
- Put all ingredients in blender and puree.
- Add more soymilk for thinner consistency.
- Makes about 1 1/2 pints.
