Stracciatella

- 8 c chicken stock shopping list
- 1/2 c orzo shopping list
- 1 pk frozen chopped spinach, thaw, drain well and chop finely shopping list
- 1 egg, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1/4 c grated cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In large saucepan, bring stock to a boil over high heat.
- Stir in orzo; cook 10 minutes or until tender but firm.
- Stir in spinach.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
- Pour beaten egg into boiling soup, stirring constantly.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
