This is a twist on egg custards i baked in the uk for the sweet trolley.

Ingredients
  • 5 tea bags of your choice
  • 250 ml of cream
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 25g sugar
  • 6 whisked egg yolks

Directions
  1. Pre heat the oven to 180ºc, Put t bags in a pan and add milk and the cream and the sugar, and boil, about 5 mins. Add to whisked egg yolks, mix them together band transfer into muffin cases or something similar. Bake for half an hour until set,
  2. This recipe works really well with those fruit t bags that we have and never use.!!!
