This is okay - for a South Beach-friendly dessert. It's kind of like a pudding.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 — 2 teaspoons baking cocoa powder
  • ½ tablespoon water
  • 1 — 2 packages of sugar substitute (to taste)

Directions
  1. Place water and cocoa in a microwaveable bowl — microwave until cocoa melts.
  2. Add ricotta cheese and sugar substitute, mix.
  3. Microwave until slightly warm.
  4. Chill, if desired.
