Acorn Squash With Apple Stuffing
- 2 medium acorn squash
- 2 red delicious apples chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
How to make it
- Slice squash into halves and discard seeds then place in baking dish and bake 30 minutes.
- Combine apples, walnuts, raisins and brown sugar in a bowl then mix well.
- Spoon into squash then drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
