How to make it

  • Chop all veggies in 1 inch cubes
  • Place in large steamer basket over enough simmering water that it won't boil dry.
  • Cover and steam about 10 minutes until tender crisp
  • Place steamed veggies in large pot and cover with juice.
  • Add bullion or salt and pepper on heat through
  • Can be served hot or cold. I really like it in the summer for a light supper. This was called a free food as it contains very low carbs and supposedly burns more calories to eat than it adds.
