Interesting cocktail with Mexican beer,hot sauce,and lime. Salt rimmed glass This was done on Bobby Flay show.
Ingredients
- lime juice shopping list
- kosher salt shopping list
- ice cubes shopping list
- hot sauce,optional shopping list
- worcestershire sauce,optional shopping list
- 4 Mexican beers,very cold shopping list
- lime wedge for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Place lime juice in small bow and salt on a small plate. Dip the rim of the glasses in the lime juice and then in the salt.
- Fill the glasses with ice and a few dashes of hot sauce and worcestershire sauce,if desired. Fill with beer and garnish each glass with a lime wedge.
