How to make it

  • Crush crackers to fine crumbs.
  • Soften butter; cream butter and peanut butter.
  • Blend in confectioners sugar and cracker crumbs
  • Add nuts, coconut and vanilla.
  • Shape coconut mixture into small balls; chill well.
  • Shave paraffin into top of double boiler; add chocolate chips.
  • Stir over hot water until melted and smooth.
  • Dip coconut balls into chocolate mixture; place on waxed paper
