Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound graham crackers, crushed to fine crumbs
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 16 oz confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 sm can flaked coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 small bar paraffin
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Crush crackers to fine crumbs.
  2. Soften butter; cream butter and peanut butter.
  3. Blend in confectioners sugar and cracker crumbs
  4. Add nuts, coconut and vanilla.
  5. Shape coconut mixture into small balls; chill well.
  6. Shave paraffin into top of double boiler; add chocolate chips.
  7. Stir over hot water until melted and smooth.
  8. Dip coconut balls into chocolate mixture; place on waxed paper
  9. lined tray to dry.
  10. Dip balls with a tooth pick...
