When I worked at Panera Bread I always brought home a loaf of their rosemary and onion focaccia bread. I came up with this sandwich then..It's a great way to eat that tomato you just picked.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf focaccia
- 4 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 6 oz. mozzarella, fresh and sliced
- Fresh Basil leaves
- Your favorite balsamic dressing
Directions
- Slice focaccia loaf in half
- Arrange cheese on bottom half on bread
- Top with tomatoes
- Then onion
- Now Basil
- Sprinkle with balsamic dressing
- Top with bread
- Cut into 4 wedges
- Enjoy
