How to make it

  • Slice cukes
  • Slice onion, then quarter and separate rings
  • Mix cukes and onions then pack into the jars
  • Mix salt and lime juice and pour about 1/4 cup juice into each jar.
  • Put lid on and shake then store in fridge.
  • ~@~
  • If you can keep people out of them, it's best to let them sit for about a day. Mine never make it that far!
