My Pickles

- about 2 pounds or 2 pints salad/pickle cukes shopping list
- 1/2 c lime juice shopping list
- a couple slices of sweet vadalia onion shopping list
- 1 Tbs kosher salt shopping list
- 2 pint jars with lids shopping list
How to make it
- Slice cukes
- Slice onion, then quarter and separate rings
- Mix cukes and onions then pack into the jars
- Mix salt and lime juice and pour about 1/4 cup juice into each jar.
- Put lid on and shake then store in fridge.

- If you can keep people out of them, it's best to let them sit for about a day. Mine never make it that far!
