Ingredients
  • about 2 pounds or 2 pints salad/pickle cukes
  • 1/2 c lime juice
  • a couple slices of sweet vadalia onion
  • 1 Tbs kosher salt
  • 2 pint jars with lids

Directions
  1. Slice cukes
  2. Slice onion, then quarter and separate rings
  3. Mix cukes and onions then pack into the jars
  4. Mix salt and lime juice and pour about 1/4 cup juice into each jar.
  5. Put lid on and shake then store in fridge.
  6. ~@~
  7. If you can keep people out of them, it's best to let them sit for about a day. Mine never make it that far!
