Peachsicle Slice Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups orange juice

1/2 cup chopped dried peach

14 oz. can of sliced peaches in juice (with juice)

1/2 cup low-fat peach yogurt

1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions

Put orange juice and dried peach into blender or food processor. Process until smooth.

Add peaches with juice and yogurt. Process until smooth. Spread half of peach mixture evenly in plastic wrap-lined 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Freeze for about 3 hours until firm. Chill remaining peach mixture.

Spread ice cream evenly over frozen peach mixture. Stir remaining peach mixture. Spread evenly over ice cream. Freeze, covered for at least 6 hours or overnight. Invert onto cutting board. Discard plastic wrap. Cuts into 8 slices.
