How to make it

  • Note: MAKE SURE your dandelions are gathered from an area that is guaranteed not to be exposed to herbicides, etc.!
  • Thoroughly blend dry ingredients and spread on a plate.
  • Roll rinsed (still slightly wet) dandelions in flour mixture.
  • Drop flowers into pan of hot oil.
  • Saute lightly until golden - approx. 1 minute.
  • Turn fried blossoms onto paper towel and place in warm oven.
  • Add oil if necessary after each batch of blossoms.
  • Serve hot!
