Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. potatoes peeled & sliced
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 15 anchovies with oil
  • Salt, pepper,butter
  • 1/4 pint light cream
  • 1/4 pint heavy cream

Directions
  1. Butter glass baking dish.
  2. Layer potatoes and onions with seasonings ; end with layer of potatoes.
  3. Dot top with butter.
  4. Pour on oil from anchovies and single cream.
  5. Bake an hour at 350 degrees.
  6. Pour whipping cream over, and serve.
