Ingredients

2 lbs. potatoes peeled & sliced

2 large onions, sliced

15 anchovies with oil

Salt, pepper,butter

1/4 pint light cream

1/4 pint heavy cream

Directions

Butter glass baking dish.

Layer potatoes and onions with seasonings ; end with layer of potatoes.

Dot top with butter.

Pour on oil from anchovies and single cream.

Bake an hour at 350 degrees.

Pour whipping cream over, and serve.
