Janssons Temptation

This dish is perfect for anchovy lovers
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. potatoes peeled & sliced shopping list
- 2 large onions, sliced shopping list
- 15 anchovies with oil shopping list
- salt, pepper,butter shopping list
- 1/4 pint light cream shopping list
- 1/4 pint heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Butter glass baking dish.
- Layer potatoes and onions with seasonings ; end with layer of potatoes.
- Dot top with butter.
- Pour on oil from anchovies and single cream.
- Bake an hour at 350 degrees.
- Pour whipping cream over, and serve.
