How to make it

  • Dissolve gelatins in boiling water in a shallow rectangular pan.
  • Add orange segments which have been seeded to gelatin making sure to distribute evenly.
  • Refrigerate for two hours.
  • While gelatin is setting wash and pat dry empty orange halves.
  • When gelatin is firmly set remove and cut into 1" squares.
  • Arrange in empty orange shells.
