- 1c all pupose flour shopping list
- 2(6oz.each)boneless chicken breasts,pounded to 1/4" thickness shopping list
- 3Tbs. olive oil shopping list
- 1/2c. white wine shopping list
- 1c chicken broth shopping list
- 1/4c julienned sun-dried tomatoes shopping list
- 11/2tsp chopped fresh garlic shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 3/4c chopped fresh spinach shopping list
How to make it
- Dredge the chicken in the flour until coated on all sides. Heat the oil in a saute pan. Saute the chicken until brown on both sides. Leaving the chicken in the pan,add the white wine and let simmer until the liquid is reduced by half.
- Add the chicken broth,sun-dried tomatoes,garlic,salt and pepper. Simmer on medium heat till sauce thickens.Add the spinach and cook for 2 mins.. Serve over linguine or rice.
