Ingredients
  • Jimmy Dean Hot and Spicey sausage tube
  • 1 tube buttermilk bisquits
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • cornstarch and cold water
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In a 2 quart sauce pan fry the sausage and drain grease
  2. Start cooking bisquits
  3. Add 2 cups of milk to sausage in pan
  4. Add stick of butter to pan
  5. Slowly bring to boil
  6. Mix cornstarch with water until smooth
  7. Add cornstarch to sausage mixture slowly until desired thickness is acheived.
  8. Season with black pepper
  9. Split Bisquits and laddle sausage gravy over bisquits
  10. Options: Add chopped onions to sausage while frying. For more heat add crushed red pepper. For no heat use regular breakfast sausage.
