Carob Ice Pops
- Time 180 minutes
- Serves 6
- 5 oz low-fat silken tofu
- 1 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla (or almond or coconut) extract
- 2 Tbsp carob powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and pulse until smooth.
- Pour into ice molds and freeze solid.
