Ingredients
  • 2 oz. dry gin
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. castor sugar
  • 1 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp. rose water
  • club soda

Directions
  1. Shake well with ice. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Add soda water to taste and stir.
