Diamond Cuts

- 2 C more or less all purpose flour , Pinch of baking pwd and salt shopping list
- 3 Large eggs shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
- icing sugar ( optional ) shopping list
How to make it
- Beat the eggs and add the sugar bit by bit until almost it becomes quite sweet .
- Now add the flour bit by bit until it becomes a ball of non sticky dough .
- Roll into lemoon size balls .
- With the rolling pin , them into very thin & large discs .
- Draw number of zig zag parallel cuts with a knife and make diamond shaped pieces.
- Deep fry in oil and drain .
- Serve ( optional - dusted with icing sugar ) or pack in an air toght container
