How to make it

  • Beat the eggs and add the sugar bit by bit until almost it becomes quite sweet .
  • Now add the flour bit by bit until it becomes a ball of non sticky dough .
  • Roll into lemoon size balls .
  • With the rolling pin , them into very thin & large discs .
  • Draw number of zig zag parallel cuts with a knife and make diamond shaped pieces.
  • Deep fry in oil and drain .
  • Serve ( optional - dusted with icing sugar ) or pack in an air toght container
