Place a layer of crackers in bottom of 9 x 13 oblong dish. mix pudding with milk and beat as directed . Fold in whipped topping into pudding mixture. Pour have of mixtue over crackers.Add another layer of crackers then pour remaining mixture over that. Add another layer of crackers. Heat icing until pouring consistency and pour over last layer. Top with chopped pecans. Refrigerate at least 5 hours before serving.
