Pound pork with back of cleaver to 1” thick, then cut into 1” squares. Soak in marinade for at least 1/2 hour. Cut green peppers into halves, remove the seeds and cut into 1” squares. Cut pineapple into 1” squares.
Prepare seasoning sauce.
