In large deep pan, brown sausage in pan, like you would brown ground beef. Remove the sausage, keeping any grease. Into same pot, place Potatoes O'Brian, and 3 cans of Chicken broth. Heat to low boil, and cook untill potatoes tender, appox 20 min.
Mix Gravy mix with 1/2 cup cold water till smoth, and add to potatoes. Add cooked sausage. Cook 5-10 minutes. Will thicken slightly as cools.
