How to make it

  • Place deer meat in slow cooker with spices and veggies.
  • Adding veggie water from cans.
  • Cover cook on high heat 5 to 6 hrs.
  • Add tap water if necessary.
  • Reduce heat stir and simmer 2 to 3 more hrs.
  • Stew is done when meat pulls apart with little effort.
  • Serves well with garden fresh salad
  • And your favorite bottle of red wine.
