Ingredients
- ΒΌ measure of absinthe
- 1 sugar cube
- Champagne
- dash of Cognac
- slice of lemon peel
Directions
- Place sugar cube in a Champagne flute add the absinthe and allow to soak.
- Fill with Champagne and add the Cognac and the Lemon peel.
