How to make it

  • melt butter in bowl large enough for 1st 5 ingredients. Stir first mesure of sugar, separe eggs and add yolks to bowl. Mix until combind. Add sifted flour and baking power. Mix.
  • Spred into a 20x20 tin, ten spread jam on top.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix in remaining sugar and coconut. Spread over the jam.
  • Bake @ 180∘C until golden, around 20 min. Cut into squares while warm
