Sombrero Dipper

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketchup (or hot ketchup if you want) shopping list
- 1 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1 can kidney beans (15 1/2 oz with liquid), mash these shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- sharp cheddar cheese (about 1 1/2 cups), grated shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat and onion.
- Drain well.
- Stir in ketchup, chili powder and salt.
- Add mashed bean mixture. Stir all well.
- Put this mixture into an over-proof dish.
- Top with the cheese. (at this point you could also add some black olives and green onions)
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 - 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
- Serve with dipping chips.

Sounds good except those dorito's... I'll stick with some chips from the mexican grocer. Tell those kids they should stop eating those!, lol I've had these types of dips before but never with the mashed beans and that's a great addition.
