How to make it

  • Boil the rice, then drain and cover the bottom of the ovenproof dish with it.
  • Cut the fish into 4 equal portions and place on top of the rice.
  • Season with salt.
  • Slice tomatos and place on top of the dish.
  • Season with lemonpepper.
  • Mix together the cream cheese and cream/milk in the small pan on low heat and then pour the mix evenly over the dish.
  • Finish by spreading gratin cheese over the top and put in the oven.
  • Bake at 180-200 c for 20-30 mins.
  • Good on its own or with hot buttered toast.
