Ovenbaked fish

- ca. 100 gr. basmati rice (I always use a 110 gr. bag) shopping list
- 1 filet haddock (or any white fish) shopping list
- salt shopping list
- lemonpepper shopping list
- 2-3 tomatos shopping list
- 1 small tub cream cheese w/pepper shopping list
- ca. 1/8 l. cream, milk or skimmed milk (does not make a lot of difference to the flavour) shopping list
- Gratin cheese shopping list
- small pan shopping list
- Ovenproof dish shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the rice, then drain and cover the bottom of the ovenproof dish with it.
- Cut the fish into 4 equal portions and place on top of the rice.
- Season with salt.
- Slice tomatos and place on top of the dish.
- Season with lemonpepper.
- Mix together the cream cheese and cream/milk in the small pan on low heat and then pour the mix evenly over the dish.
- Finish by spreading gratin cheese over the top and put in the oven.
- Bake at 180-200 c for 20-30 mins.
- Good on its own or with hot buttered toast.
