Watermelon Gin Recipe

How to make it

  • 1. Cut rind off watermelon and chop flesh into large chunks and remove seeds. Push flesh through juicer and put into large pitcher. Stir in lime juice and sugar, then chill.
  • 2. Half fill glasses with crushed ice. Add gin and stir, then pour over ice. Add lime slices and top with tonic water. Serve immediately.
