Watermelon Gin Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. wedge of watermelon

juice of 1 lime

2 tsp. superfine sugar

crushed ice

1 cup gin

lime slices

tonic water

Directions

1. Cut rind off watermelon and chop flesh into large chunks and remove seeds. Push flesh through juicer and put into large pitcher. Stir in lime juice and sugar, then chill.

2. Half fill glasses with crushed ice. Add gin and stir, then pour over ice. Add lime slices and top with tonic water. Serve immediately.
