Crispy Fun Balls

Balls made of the famous rice krispies and marshmallows, then dipped in topping of your choice. Fun project with older children. Marshmallow mixture is very hot.
Ingredients
- 4-6 T margarine shopping list
- One 16 oz package white miniature marshmallows shopping list
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal shopping list
- Coatings of your choice-melted chocolate, colored sugar, sprinkles coconut, etc. shopping list
How to make it
- Melt margarine in large saucepan until melted; add marshmallows and stir until marshmallows are completely melted. Remove from heat. Add cereal and sitr until well coated.
- Cover hands heavily with margarine. Working quickly, shape cereal mixture into balls. A 1/2 measure may be used if equal sizes are desired. /Roll and press dry coatings into balls as soon as possible. If dipping in melted coating, place in freezer for approx 15 minutes to set marshmallow mixture before dipping. May insert sticks for a popsicle effect, or dip quickly with forks and place on waxed paper to dry.
