How to make it

  • Whisk the dry ingreds into a large bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingreds just to blend.
  • Add wet to dry and beat or whisk just to incorporate all the flour.
  • Pour into a greased & floured 9x13 glass dish and bake at 325F for 30 minutes or til tests clean and cake is just starting to pull away.
  • Frost with Ganache Icing or your favourite Orange Cream Cheese Frosting.
  • Happy Birthday to everyone who never had cake because of egg alergies!
