  • 2 packages Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • Cream Cheese (small tub)
  • I clove pressed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

  • 1 small Cuke (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar or Marble Cheese~ shredded

Directions
  1. Spread the crescent rolls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  2. Bake until golden brown and then remove from oven to cool completely.
  3. Mix cream cheese, mayo, garlic and black pepper together and Spread on to the cooled crust.
  4. Layer the chicken, tomatoes, cukes, bacon on the crust and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Refrigerate for at least a couple hours.
  6. Enjoy.

This gets my 5. Think I'll try it this Sunday.

Lovin' this version of the "veggie pizza" idea, kicked way up to a main course...beautiful, and perfect appetizer or main course - I love recipes like that!

Hey Vicki,
What a hit!!! Served 34 sanwiches today at church. Changed it up a bit, served it on Costco Cresaunts. Think I gave about 10 people the recipe. Thanks and keep'em coming.
