Martinique Swizzle

- 1/2 lime shopping list
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters shopping list
- 1 dash of simple sugar syrup (see previous recipes of mine) shopping list
- 1 dash Herbsaint (or Pernod.. ideally Absynthe if you can get it) shopping list
- 2 oz rum (St. James recommended) shopping list
How to make it
- Squeeze lime into a 14oz chimnet glass full of shaved ice
- Shaved ice provides LOTS of surface area, and melts fast.
- Add remaining ingredients
- Swizzle till uniform, and well diluted
- Decorate with spend lime shell, fresh mint, and a long stir stick
