How to make it

  • Soak the urad dhall 2-3 hr
  • Drain the water&grind it well.if needed add very little water
  • Mix the chopped chillies,onions,ginger,curry leaves &salt
  • Shape it like a doughnut &drop it slowly into the oil
  • Fry till golden brown
  • Serve hot..
