How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients well so there is no lumps and egg is well beaten.
  • Get cast iron griddle (10" round griddle/pan works perfect) Hot rub a thin layer of oil/butter to coat pan with a paper towel, pour a thin layer of batter (about ¼ cup?) while lifting and turn griddle to coat the entire surface.
  • Turn over when pancake begins to bubble and becomes solid enough to pick up and flip over. Store in warm oven till they're al done, or serve immediatly.
