Skinny Pancakes

- For every egg add: shopping list
- ½ cup flour, shopping list
- ½ cup milk shopping list
- 3 TBSP water shopping list
- 3 TBSP sugar shopping list
- a dash of salt. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients well so there is no lumps and egg is well beaten.
- Get cast iron griddle (10" round griddle/pan works perfect) Hot rub a thin layer of oil/butter to coat pan with a paper towel, pour a thin layer of batter (about ¼ cup?) while lifting and turn griddle to coat the entire surface.
- Turn over when pancake begins to bubble and becomes solid enough to pick up and flip over. Store in warm oven till they're al done, or serve immediatly.
