How to make it

  • Roll beef and tie to form a cylinder shaped roast then place in shallow baking pan.
  • Pour wine over top then brush corn syrup on all sides of beef.
  • Sprinkle seasonings over beef making sure to coat all sides.
  • Cover and allow to marinate 1 hour at room temperature.
  • Preheat oven to 400 then uncover meat and bake 45 minutes.
  • When cooked transfer to a carving board and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
